Barrett Garner started in the mortgage industry in 2002. She enjoys building strong relationships with her clients, so they know they have a trusted professional to guide them through the mortgage process. She believes providing excellent service does not stop at the close of the loan.
Her eye for detail and knack for researching, makes her an invaluable resource for finding the right loan program, tailored to her borrower’s specific mortgage needs. She is passionate about helping borrowers to make informed mortgage loan decisions to achieve both their short and long term goals. She has had years of experience with a wide variety of residential mortgage loans including; Conventional, FHA, VA, or USDA.
Barrett lives in Aptos with her husband and children. When away from work, she enjoys camping, going to the beach, and swimming. She plays on a women’s softball team and can be found at Orangetheory Fitness at 5am. She enjoys giving back to the community by sponsoring and co-hosting fundraising events for Live Like Coco, Toys for Tots and local elementary schools.
